MASTIHA BLACKBERRY SMASH
Ingredients
60ml Mastiha
Blackberries
Crushed Ice
Mint
Method
Muddle blackberries, fresh mint and a generous pour of Mastiha. Serve over crushed ice and garnish with blackberries and mint (optional).

GREEK GODDESS MASTIHA MARGARITA
Ingredients
45ml Mastiha
45ml Blanco Tequila
1 tsp Pomegranate Syrup
30ml Lime Juice
Ice
Method
Shake up 45ml blanco tequila, 45ml Mastiha, a teaspoon of pomegranate syrup, and 30ml lime juice with ice. Strain into a glass over fresh ice, garnish with lime.

Ingredients
45mL Tennis Gin
15mL Mastiha
15mL Lemon juice
15mL Honey Syrup
Angostura Bitters
Method
All ingredients shaken with ice and strained into a coupe, garnished with a rosemary

THE KOKKINAKIS
Ingredients
3/4 shot Tennis Gin
3/4 shot Mastiha
3/4 shot Green Chartreuse
3/4 shot Lime Juice
Method
All ingredients shaken with ice and strained over an ice block in a coupe, garnished with a lime wheel.

MASTIHA GRAPEFRUIT
Ingredients
60ml Mastiha
60ml Bickfords Pink Grapefruit Cordial
15ml Lime Juice
Top with Soda water
Method
Add all ingredients to a chilled glass with ice. Garnish with a grapefruit.

MASTIHA SPRITZ
Ingredients
60ml Mastiha
15ml fresh lemon juice
5ml triple sec
10ml sugar syrup
75ml champagne
Method
Add Mastiha, lemon juice, triple sec, and sugar syrup to a shaker. Shake over ice and fine strain into a chilled glass.
Top with champagne, garnish with a lemon peel.

MASTIHA TONIC
Ingredients
60 ml Mastiha
150 ml Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic
Method
Pour Mastiha into a chilled glass, add ice cubes, and top with tonic. Stir and garnish with a rosemary leaf.

MASTIHA LEMONADE
Ingredients
40ml Mastiha
15ml limoncello
15ml fresh lime juice
150ml Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic
Method
Pour the Mastiha, limoncello, and lime juice into a chilled glass over ice. Top up with tonic and garnish with lime and lemon peel.
