ANISON COCKTAILS
Enjoy some of our favourite Mediterranean-inspired cocktail recipes, perfectly paired with our Anison.

BOLD GREEK COFFEE
Ingredients
60ml Anison
30ml Fennel Syrup
30ml coffee liqueur
120ml chilled coffee
Ice
Method
Place all ingredients into a stemless wine glass.
Give it a gentle stir, garnish with an orange slice and serve.

GREEK MOJITO (OUZITO)
Ingredients
60ml Anison
45ml Lime Juice
30ml Lemon Juice
1 tsp Brown Sugar
Mint Leaves
Soda Water
Ice
Method
Muddle 3-4 fresh mint leaves with a teaspoon of brown sugar and 45ml of fresh lime juice in a shaker. Add 60ml of our small batch Anison, 30ml of lemon juice, and ice. Shake it up, strain into an ice-filled highball glass, and top with a splash of soda water. Garnish with mint leaves and a slice of lime.

SEA YOU IN SANTORINI
Ingredients
30ml Anison
30ml Blue Curaçao
30ml Lemon Juice
15ml Simple Syrup
Method
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and give it a good shake. Strain into a coupe glass for an elegant presentation, or for a longer drink, serve over ice in a highball and top with soda water. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.

ANISON SNOW GLOBE
Ingredients
30ml Anison
Fresh Berries or Cranberries
Sprig of Rosemary
Sparkling Water
Method
Using freezer safe glass, add a handful of fresh berries or cranberries to the glass. Place a rosemary sprig in the middle of the glass and fill the glass 1/4 of the way with water (use two popsicle sticks to help keep rosemary central) then freeze until frozen. Remove from the freezer and add 30ml of Anison and have as is, or top up with some sparkling water.

LEMON OUZO TONIC
Ingredients
30ml Anison
Bunch of Fresh Mint Leaves
15ml Lemon Juice
Tonic Water
Method
Place Anison, mint and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint well to infuse the flavour. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain over the top with Tonic water. Add ice to glass. Garnish with an orange or lemon slice and serve

Ingredients
30ml Anison
Ice
Method
Place 2 to 3 ice cubes in a glass and cover with Anison.
The Anison will turn from clear to cloudy as the anise reacts with the ice.

Ingredients
30ml Anison
30ml Vodka
60ml Pineapple juice
1 Tsp Fresh Lime Juice
Sugar
Method
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well chilled. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with a lemon twist or cucumber round.

2 Drops Bitters
Top up Fresh Orange Juice
Orange Slice
15ml Sugar (optional)
Method
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well chilled. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with an orange slice.

Ingredients
30ml Anison
15ml Triple Sec
15ml Lime Juice
Top with Ginger Ale

Method
Build all of your ingredients over ice in the glass, stir and garnish with a wheel of citrus.

Method
Crush mint with sugar syrup and lime juice and add Anison with ice to a shaker. Pour into a glass with ice and top with soda. Garnish with mint.

ANISON POMEGRANATE
Ingredients
30ml Anison
15ml Fresh lime juice
60ml Pomegranate juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
120ml Soda water
Method
Add all ingredients to a shaker, except tonic water, with ice and shake vigorously until well chilled. Strain into a chilled glass, add ice, soda water and garnish with mint or thyme Springs.

Ingredients
30ml Anison
15ml Fresh lime juice
60ml Soda Water
Sparkling wine
Method
Add Anison, lime and soda water to glass with ice. Top with sparkling wine. Garnish with mint.

ANISON COSMO
Ingredients
60ml Anison
15ml Fresh lime juice
90ml Cranberry juice
30ml triple sec
Method
Add all ingredients with ice to a shaker and shake vigorously until well chilled. Strain to a martini glass and garnish with a lime.

ANISON COLLINS
Ingredients
60ml Anison
30ml Fresh lemon juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
Soda Water
Method
Mix Anison, lemon and syrup to a glass, add ice and top with soda water. Garnish with a lemon or orange slice.

ANISON SORBET
Ingredients
120ml Anison
200g Sugar
750ml Water
Serves 6
Method
Stir the sugar into 750 ml of water and bring to the boil. Simmer for 5 minutes. Cool to room temperature. Stir in the Anison and transfer to an ice-cream machine. Freeze following the manufacturers instructions. Alternatively, pour into a shallow tray and put in the freezer, breaking it up and beating with a fork 3 or 4 times before it becomes solid. Garnish with mint.

ANISON GRAPEFRUIT
Ingredients
45ml Anison
45ml grapefruit cordial
15ml grenadine
90ml soda
2 dashes bitters
Method
Place ice in glass. Add Anison, pour in grapefruit juice and grenadine. Add 2 dashes of bitters. Top with soda. Stir and garnish with a fresh wedge of grapefruit.

Ingredients
60ml Anison
30ml Kahlua
30ml Greek Coffee (or a good, strong espresso)
Ice
Method
Place all ingredients into ice shaker
Shake vigorously, to ensure you get a thick crema. Strain into a martini glass

Ingredients
45ml Anison
15ml Limoncello
120ml Tonic Water
Ice
Method
Place all ingredients into ice shaker, excluding tonic water. Top with tonic water. Stir and garnish with a wheel of citrus.
